Last updated: 7 October 2026
This document explains how individuals can exercise their rights under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where applicable.
1. Who to contact
Send your request to contact@innensupport.ro and include enough information for us to understand and process the request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity.
2. Request types
- Access – request confirmation and a copy of personal data we process about you.
- Rectification – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure – request deletion where the legal conditions are met.
- Restriction – request restriction of processing where the legal conditions are met.
- Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests and, in particular, to direct marketing.
- Portability – request your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where applicable.
- Consent withdrawal – withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Other privacy concern – ask a question about how your personal data is processed.
3. How to submit a request
A request may be submitted by email. Please specify your name, contact details, the nature of your request and any information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant processing activity. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Response times
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Under GDPR, requests are generally handled without undue delay and in principle within one month, subject to lawful extensions for complex or numerous requests.
5. Identity verification
Where reasonably necessary to protect personal data, we may request additional information to verify identity. We will avoid collecting more information than necessary for verification.
6. Fees
Requests are generally handled free of charge. Where applicable law permits a reasonable fee or allows a request to be refused because it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may act accordingly.
7. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Romania, this is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
8. Important for client-processed data
Where Innen Support processes personal data solely on behalf of one of its clients, that client may be the data controller. In such circumstances, requests may need to be directed to the relevant client, and Innen Support will assist the client as required under the applicable DPA and law.
